We Are RAI CHICKEN
1. Breeding Farm: Our breeding farm is located at Sohian kalan, Fatehgarh Churian road, Amritsar. We currently have a capacity of 30,000 layer birds and we are expanding the capacity to 80,000 layer birds by the end of 2023.
2. Hatchery: Our Hatching unit is also located at Sohian Kalan, Amritsar. The Existing capacity of the hatchery is 5 lakh eggs per month and soon it will increase to 15 lakh eggs per month after the expansion is completed.
3. Feed Mill: Our feed mill is located at Nangli, Amritsar, covering a total area of 7,500 sq. ft. The present production capacity is 2,500 metric tons/month. The new feed mill that is under construction will be covering an area of 35,000 sq. ft. and the production capacity will be 7,000 metric tons/month which will be enough to feed 20 lakh birds each month.
4. Contract Farming: We grow about 10-11 lakh birds per month at different locations all across Punjab. We have entered into agreements with more than 200 farms for the rearing of the above-mentioned birds.
5. Retail Outlets: Presently we have 2 retail outlets in Amritsar. We will be done with 5 outlets in Amritsar by the end of 2023 and then expand to the rest of the country.

A state-of-the-art, ultra-modern, semi-automated chicken processing unit with a capacity of 4,000 live broiler birds per hour and 1700+ Metric Tons of processed poultry meat per month in raw, frozen, and chilled forms has been set up by the company as part of its recent diversification into the chicken processing industry.
Rai Poultries has a massive RTE and RTC production facility expanded over an area of more than 75,000 sq. ft.
OUR STORY
Rai Chicken stands tall as a provider of quality food products in our country today. It is the brainchild of Shri. Kuljas Rai Arora and was founded in the year 1980 as a small poultry broiler farm with a capacity of around 1,000 birds per cycle.
With the passage of time, he decided to venture into the slaughter business to consume his own poultry, as being at the mercy of local traders was unacceptable to him. In 2010, Varun Arora and Gaurav Arora joined their father Sh. Kuljas Rai Arora in this business. Seeing the rise in demand they decided to set up a small slaughter unit in Central Amritsar and then to support it, they started their feed mills, breeding farms, and hatchery. By the end of 2013, Rai Chicken emerged as a fully integrated unit but with a smaller capacity.
With his sweat and heart, Sh. Kuljas Rai worked relentlessly to establish Rai Chicken as a premier brand in the industry. In July 2021, Rai Chicken commenced its operations at a new location, spread across 12 Acres of land. Today it is a state-of-the-art unit with a daily capacity to slaughter 40,000 birds.
